The 'Working Differently' pilot project introduces a new office concept for 150 staff members of the General Affairs and Finance Department (AZF) on the third floor of the Boudewijn Building. The AZF Department is one of the seven departments of the Ministry of the Flemish Community. It renders services and has a supporting and co-ordinating role with regard to the other departments.
Three divisions of this Department participate in the pilot project, i.e.:
- the General Administrative Services Division which mainly performs implementing tasks;
- the Interdepartmental Management Information Systems Division which mainly works thematically and
- the Financial Management Division which has a lot of outdoor assignments.
