Overall Award Event Sponsor

The Award event will be held on Friday November 3rd in Brussels, and the primary Sponsor of this event will be acknowledged in all publications, press releases, and web sites related to the Awards process, including the announcements of the short-list at Telework 2000 in London.

Individual Awards

Individual awards will be presented, and the Sponsor will be acknowledged on the award, on the website, and in subsequent press releases about the award or the awards in general. The Sponsor of the award may elect to present it personally.

Award Webcast

The Awards will be webcast live, and the Sponsor of the webcast will be acknowledged at each point where there is a break in the ceremony including the beginning and end. The Sponsor will also be acknowledged on the web page containing the archive of the presentations that will remain permanently on the web site. The awards ceremony will also be rebroadcast on the Web TV channel with the Sponsor acknowledgement.

Lunch

A Sponsor is sought for the lunch for invited guests, including the short listed finalists, Core Partners and Sponsors, representatives of the Commission and other VIPs. The Sponsor will be acknowledged in the programme, on the menu and other publications relating to the event.

Reception

A Sponsor is sought for the final reception (cocktail) after the Awards ceremony. This will be for up to 200 people. The Sponsor will be acknowledged in the programme and other publications relating to the event.

Pressroom

It is anticipated to supply the visiting press with accommodation to file copy and conduct interviews. A Sponsor is sought to cover the cost of this facility, including telephone lines, email access and printers. The Sponsor's logo will appear on the press packs and in the pressroom.

Press Conferences

Sponsors are sought for the two scheduled press conferences. This will cover the cost of the facility and reception for the participants. The Sponsor may fund this directly or provide suitable facilities in lieu.
